Payment must be mailed to the NC FPS State Office

by MARCH 31, 2016

Coaches, register teams online for 2016 NC FPS STATE BOWL. Check(s) and 3 forms (1. PARTICIPATION CONTRACT with 2. MEDICAL 3. PUBLICATION RELEASE) should be mailed to NC FPS at 8133 NC 181, Newland, NC 28657. SIGNED FORMS may be scanned and emailed to sandyhortonFPS@bellsouth.net by MARCH 31. Team Registration fees and Holston lodging fees may be paid with check made out to NC FPS or call the NC FPS office (828.737.0809) with credit card information by March 31, 2016.
